Since the take over of Heredities by Genesis Fine Arts we have been able to offer a wide range of Cold Cast Bronze figurines from both of these fine ranges.

The Studios of Genesis Fine Arts nestles in the heart of the Irish Lake District in Mullingar where hand crafted sculptures have been produced since 1988.

For over 5000 years bronze has been the favorite medium of sculptors and for almost all of those 5000 years bronze has been hot cast , a process which required exceptional skill and which is expensive. Fifty years ago this all changed, largely due to work carried out for the American space programme in which metallic powders were added to various resins systems and the technique known as cold casting was developed.

The technical excellence of cold casting is thought by many to be superior to the vastly more expensive hot casting method and has resulted in bronze being an affordable artform.

Genesis Fine Arts and Heredities use some of Britain's leading sculptors to produce their models which range from highly traditional themes to contemporary studies.

Paul Smith China stocks a wide range of these excellent sculptures which includes nude studies, hobbies, pastimes, mythological characters, occupational studies, children and animals.
